IMPLEMENTATION

As our long-standing cooperation partner, the Steigenberger Hotel Treudelberg provided the perfect conditions for this special event. In the inner courtyard and in the light-flooded conservatory at

, people sawed, screwed, painted and hammered - with a lot of commitment and good humor. The participants were divided into

small teams in advance.

On site, they took responsibility for their own roles within the groups and distributed the tasks relating to the various construction projects as a matter of course. At central material stations,

tools such as saws, cordless screwdrivers and hammers were freely available. Our guides and the work gloves and

protective suits provided ensured safety and comfort. After the construction phase, all participants came together for a group photo - a great end to a successful day full of team spirit and energy.

A week later, VARIO EVENT handed over the finished works as a donation to our partner “Elbkinder”. An event that brings people together - with lasting added value for everyone involved.

We look back on this year's Social Day with great pleasure. In an inspiring and energetic atmosphere, our employees worked with full
commitment on a wide variety of projects: from cajons and ukuleles to soapboxes and nesting boxes, insect hotels and mini greenhouses. It
was impressive to see how much joy and team spirit each individual brought to the projects.

A special highlight was the handover of our finished works to four daycare centers in Hamburg.
Together with Vario Event, we made this day something special.
