Challenge
CREATE A FILM-READY ENVIRONMENT IN WHICH THE PARTICIPANTS CAN PRODUCE SHORT FILMS ON THE TOPIC ON THEIR OWN INITIATIVE.
In addition to film equipment, appropriate props and costumes had to be provided. At the same time, a location was needed that offered the right setting for an “Oscar-worthy” award ceremony in the immediate vicinity.
Implementation
The Hotel Hohe Düne in Rostock-Warnemünde offered us the ideal setting: Located by the sea and with great rooms for the evening event. Within a few hours, the participants produced small cinematic works of art, the content and realization of which were honored in a magnificent award ceremony.
Feedback
Together with VARIO EVENT, we took up the challenge: To implement the topic of “Corporate Culture & Attitude” in short film sequences with 80 managers! Equipped with a film genre and a theme, we immediately got to work on the script. “And action!” was the order of the day. Within three hours, the 10 films were in the can. Highly professional work by the camera team! Editing and sound recording followed and everything was ready on time for a great Oscar ceremony in the evening. Hollywood-ready: charming presentation, laudation, trophy and standing ovations. A goosebump event!
