SUMMER PARTY FOR EMPLOYEES AS A TIME TRAVEL
Challenge
CREATE AN ATMOSPHERE THAT TRANSPORTS GUESTS BACK IN TIME.
From the reception to the interior design, drinks and music, guests should feel as if they have been transported to the Woodstock of 1969.
Implementation
We created an environment for 900 guests that left no doubt that they were back in the seventies. Love and Peace in every corner, authentic furnishings and, of course, the music of the time made the journey back in time perfect.
Feedback
Under the motto “Woodstock reloaded”, we took our colleagues on a trip back to the wild year 1969 and celebrated a cheerful, colorful summer party. The theme ran through the entire event down to the smallest detail: from festival-style food stations, a great Beatles cover band, stick bread and guitar players around the campfire and a colorful candy bar. It was definitely an event that will live long in the memory! Many thanks for the creative ideas and the great cooperation!
